Leadership Experience
As a member of the Beta Delta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, I’ve held leadership positions during all three years of my membership.
Archivist (2023-2024)
Booked shoots, negotiated costs, and managed shoot schedule for annual composite photoshoot for chapter’s 400 active members
Worked with composite company to develop composite design and layout
Event Director/Social Chair (2024-2025)
Coordinated with venues to host formal and semi-formal events
Organized chapter budgets, venue contracts, and venue COIs
Planned event themes
Acted as Risk Manager at event, ensuring members and their dates were safe, communicating with Party Monitors who alerted Risk Managers of unsafe behavior, and escorting members out of the event if they violated any rules
Increased formal attendance by over 100% while in my role
